We don't publish dollar figures because every engagement is scoped to a specific capital deployment and timeline. What we DO publish is our fee model: transparent, client-paid, zero vendor commissions.

Once we confirm fit on the Strategy Call, you receive a written Service Agreement disclosing every fee, every partner referral, and every economic relationship. No surprises. No moving targets.
